Teacher Escapee...

It's true!! I escaped the stresses of teaching AND also the stresses of owning brick and mortar businesses and found complete joy in social selling.

I taught middle school for 5 years and then had our first baby.  I couldn't stay away from that cutie and chose to leave teaching.  Son #2 arrived 19 months later.  The next 4 years were devoted to raising our boys.  During that time, I picked up a camera, learned the skills and opened a studio.  

Teaching was my first passion, but I was hooked on being an entrepreneur.

At one point, my husband, Greg, and I owned 3 veterinary clinics and a professional portrait studio. It was exciting to be our own boss!!! It was also draining worrying about overhead and employees.

When we had the opportunity to sell...we snatched it up!! It was a "hell yes, where do we sign'' kind of moment.

Greg took a job at a progressive clinic, and I happily returned to the classroom...my first love.

Less stress and zero overhead!

With more time on our hands, we started dreaming big…so BIG that our dreams exceeded our paychecks. Next plan…create another stream of income that didn’t tie us to a brick and mortar or an employer.

Social selling was the answer! We partnered with the mental wellness company and learned the strategies to launch, grow, and scale.

The best part…we use our skills as professionals to start building wealth online.

Here’s how I see it. Professionals make excellent social sellers. You are hard working, resourceful and willing to learn. You are also business driven and want to make an impact. Again…perfect for social selling.

We have experienced both worlds…we have had employers and employees. We have had capped salaries and too much month at the end of the money.

In our experience…network marketing isn’t perfect, but it is dang close. And if done well with the right company and mentorship, it can be lucrative.
